Ragnar IX — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By using Ragnar IX (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 

2. Description of Service 

Ragnar IX provides an Instagram automation tool that reads and replies to user comments and messages through the Instagram API. 
The Service is intended for legitimate business use and must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. 

3. Eligibility 

You must: 

Be at least 18 years old. 

Have authorization to connect and manage the Instagram accounts used with the Service. 

4. User Responsibilities 

You agree to: 

Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Meta policies. 

Avoid using Ragnar IX for spam, harassment, or automated mass messaging. 

Ensure your content and actions respect privacy, copyright, and ethical use standards. 

5. Account Access 

When connecting your Instagram account, you grant Ragnar IX access tokens as permitted by Meta. 
You may revoke access at any time through your Meta account settings. 

6. Intellectual Property 

Ragnar IX, its software, and associated branding are the property of Ragnar IX LLC. You retain ownership of your content shared through Instagram. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

Ragnar IX is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. 
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. 

8. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, Meta’s platform rules, or applicable laws. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
